My pregnant wife was experiencing obstructed labor, so we rented a boat, took her out onto the ocean, and performed surgery there to deliver our child. It was a sea section. (She also wanted to be on the ocean so that, if—God forbid—there was a complication, we could bury her at sea with her hero, Osama Bin Laden.)
